• Alzheimer's Resource (Provides statewide coordination, service system development, information and referral and caregiver suport services to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, their family and caregivers.)
• GAPS (The state-sponsored prescription coverage for seniors that helps "fill the gap" with their Medicare Part D drug coverage.
